Well I have found the Hot Choc for me! We were on holiday in Wales and happened upon a lovely little delicatessen called ‘Mia Casa’ in Haverfordwest. The menu said ‘Spanish Hot Chocolate’ and what was served was gloupy and coating to the max. They sold tubs of the powder it was made from so I brought some and made a mug full when I got home. The spoon was very close to standing up in it and like the Simon Cole HC it had cinnamon in it… If you want to try them, either pop round or you can buy a tub on eBay for about £7.
